“Mommy, we have super powers .. we COOK FOOD!!” My two year old daughter proclaimed this to me the other day. And we laughed, it was cute…
But, the more I reflected on it, I realized that she really hit the nail on the head — Cooking real food, that is a super power!! Move over SuperMan!
Our bodies were designed to run on real, whole foods, not the pre-processed foods that make up 90% of our grocery stores.
